THE REGION
The Jacaranda Luxury Villas project is located in Balaclava on the sunny northwest coast of Mauritius. This marine protected area is a quiet beachfront town well situated in a pleasant neighbourhood and environment.
Ideally located in the northwest region, it is possible to move easily across the island. You’ll be able to quickly join the tourist area of Grand Bay with its commercial centres, restaurants, stores, and bars… But you’ll also be close to the busy city centre, Port-Louis, ideal for shopping .
THE PROJECT
Jacaranda Luxury Villas is a residential complex of high-end villas with Balinese inspiration. The properties fully reflect the tropical essence of Mauritius, allowing residents to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle of the island. To meet all needs, several types of villas are available in the 3rd Phase:
- The type B villas, with an area of 288 sqm, are available in 3 and 4 bedrooms. These pleasant villas benefit from a functional interior and a friendly exterior with a surface area ranging from 820 to 887 sqm.
- The type C villas, with a surface area of 436 sqm, are composed of 4 bedrooms. These exceptional villas have sumptuous interiors and magnificent exteriors of 1551 sqm.
- The type G villas, with a surface area of 277 sqm, have 3 bedrooms. They are comfortable villas with intimate interiors and functional exteriors ranging from 661 to 859 sqm.
Exceptional villas with a Balinese and Mauritian style
The interior spaces have been designed to create an atmosphere that perfectly combines luxury and relaxation. Soft and natural colours and materials are used. The wood, mixed with the rusticity of the stone and the light and dark colours, also immerse the villa in a peaceful and light atmosphere.
The outdoor spaces are also significant with all villas having a private pool, as well as a kiosk for peaceful moments. The luxuriant gardens are inspired by the oriental landscape and the emphasis has been placed on Mauritian endemic plants that blend harmoniously into the environment of each villa.
All villas are also built on a single level so that there is no overlooking and all residents can enjoy maximum privacy.
