Holiday rental

• The agency fees are included in the price

Long-term rental

• The agency fees for 1-year contract or more are 1 month’s rent + VAT
• The agency fees for a contract of less than one year are 10% of the total rental amount + VAT

Buy

• The agency fees are 2% of the selling price + VAT

Foreign acquisition

• The agency fees for the buyer for a buying off plan project are included in the price
• The agency fees for a resale are 2% of the transaction price + VAT
