Harmonie Golf & Beach Estate is located in Black River, on the west coast of the island. With its unique atmosphere, this region of the island inspires you to live an authentic and vibrant lifestyle. THE PROJECT

In the heart of the historic Black River salt pans, facing one of the island’s largest lagoons, Harmonie Golf & Beach Estate invites you to take in the everyday vibe and uncompromising beauty of a costal area that perfectly illustrates the genuine Mauritian dolce vita atmosphere.

The objective of this project is to preserve the Mauritian cultural heritage while emphasizing bioclimatic architecture. Enjoy the beauty of nature in this charming estate. Bois noir, tamarind trees, Creole agaves… these exotic names are all endemic species to the Indian Ocean and are already growing on the site. They decorate the gardens and alleys of Harmonie Golf & Beach Estate, like an ode to the original beauty of the island.

Harmonie is a real estate project of 220 luxury villas accessible to foreigners as well as serviced lands accessible to Mauritians only. The project covers 73 hectares edging a 18-hole golf course.

Three types of villas are available:
